We truly understand that children attending after school programs need special attention.
After all, they are not able to go home, relax and often miss the comfort of a family at
home. For this reason, we have created a program that provides them with a friendly
supportive atmosphere which necessary for “positive” (need another word for positive)
learning. Our teachers instill confidence as they guide children through homework
and encourage collaborative skills during playtime. Our teachers avoid preaching/dry
approaches to learning and will incorporate children’s’ interest to push for a balanced
interaction between student and teacher. Child interaction is very important in our
program; our teachers observe, converse and intervene if required.
Out teachers avoid teacher talk, and incorporate their interest and share information about them togain the friendship and closeness of a child.
